19th annual Artie Lee Hinds Award Dinner & 38th Annual Products and Services Expo

On behalf of WorkQuest, we would like to extend an invitation to you and your colleagues to take part in the upcoming

19th annual Artie Lee Hinds Award Dinner and the
38th annual Products and Services Expo.

On behalf of WorkQuest, we are pleased to invite you and your colleagues to attend two of our signature annual events: the 19th Annual Artie Lee Hinds Award Dinner and the 38th Annual Products and Services Expo. 

Both events will be held at the Doubletree Hotel Austin, located at 6505 N IH-35, Austin, Texas 78752, on Wednesday, September 23 and Thursday, September 24.

Artie Lee Hinds Award Dinner – Wednesday, September 23

The evening will begin with a social hour at 6:00 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. and a keynote address. After the speaker, WorkQuest will recognize valued customers, and honor the nominees and recipients of the Most Motivational and Most Inspirational Award winners, as well as the recipient of the 2026 Artie Lee Hinds Award.  

If you have not already done so, we encourage all CRPs to submit a nomination for one outstanding employee with a disability that is currently working on a WorksWonders Program contract, to be considered for the Artie Lee Hinds Award. Please limit your nomination to one employee. In addition to being considered for the Artie Lee Hinds Award, your nominee will also be recognized at the dinner and in the event’s program and will receive a plaque and monetary token of our appreciation. Please be sure to submit your nominee to WorkQuest by Thursday, April 30th in order to be considered for this year’s award. 

Please note that nominees are not required to be present at the Awards Dinner to be recognized. However, if you are notified in advance that your nominee has been selected as a top award recipient, the nominee must be in attendance to accept the award.

Annual Products and Services Expo – Thursday, September 24

Join us from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for our annual Expo showcasing CRP products and services available through the WorksWonders Program. A complimentary lunch will be served from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

Each exhibitor space includes a six-foot-long table, two chairs and signage identifying your CRP. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with hundreds of customers across Texas to highlight your products and services. Booth spaces are provided to you by WorkQuest at no cost. 

A room block has been reserved at the DoubleTree Hotel Austin under the group name “WorkQuest Annual Dinner and Expo” at a rate of $174.00 per night. This rate is available through September 1. WorkQuest will reimburse CRPs for one night (Wednesday) for their nominee to stay.

Complimentary parking will be provided by WorkQuest for those self-parking.
